A legal disclaimer

1. Scope of Work

Master Creation Flooring agrees to provide flooring installation, repair, and related services as outlined in the project estimate or contract. Any additional work requested by the client must be approved in writing and may result in extra charges.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

  • Prices are based on the scope of work detailed in the estimate. Any modifications requested by the client may affect the final cost.

  • Sales tax and permit fees (if applicable) are not included unless specified.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per month.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, cash app, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, check and cash.

5. Materials and Warranties

  • All materials will be as specified in the contract. Any changes must be approved in writing.

  • Master Creation Flooring provides a [X]-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials per their terms.

6. Site Conditions and Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure the work area is accessible and free of obstructions before work begins.

  • Any delays caused by site conditions (e.g., moisture issues, structural problems) may result in additional charges.

  • The client is responsible for securing valuables and keeping pets/children away from the work area.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Master Creation Flooring and its subcontractors are fully insured and licensed to operate in Tampa, FL.

  • The company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions.

  • The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by third parties after installation.

8. Permits and Compliance

  • The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in Hillsborough County, FL.
